Why franchising?

The Clayton brand is now present throughout the country with approximately 100 stores, located in shopping centers, retail parks, and on some of the most iconic streets in cities with large catchment areas.

With the franchising project, the company intends to expand its presence in smaller areas as well. The project is aimed at both experienced entrepreneurs and new local partners who will benefit from the operational and commercial support of our corporate staff.





The key elements that lead franchisees to achieve success are given by our start-up system and the support they provide.

  • Feasibility study relating to the evaluation of the commercial area and catchment area
  • Consignment agreement, with guaranteed fixed margin. (Consignment agreement)
  • Total return of seasonal inventories
  • Point of Sale Revenue Forecast
  • Profitability and financial investment analysis
  • Technical design and assistance of a technical office
  • Management software to monitor daily revenue trends
  • Support from specialized personnel for the opening
  • Post-opening business supervision and assistance
  • Supply of materials for communication and promotion of the point of sale
  • Staff training in the brand's direct sales outlets
  • Refresher training courses on sales techniques, visual merchandising, and point of sale management




What we are looking for:

  • Store area: 170 to 250 m2
  • An entrance and at least two windows
  • Catchment area of at least 40,000 inhabitants
  • Location: In major shopping centers and city centers.
  • Industry experience: not required




What we ask:

  • Initial investment for the creation of the sales point
  • Guarantee of goods through bank guarantee or security deposit
  • Contract duration 5 years renewable
